Your treatment doesn't end when you leave the clinic.
Something I always emphasize to my patients is that the success of a procedure depends not only on the technology or technique used—but also on post-procedure care. Especially in... first 72 hoursThe skin is in a state of active response, and everything you do (or fail to do) can influence the outcome.
With that in mind, I've compiled here some guidelines that I lovingly share after each appointment, so that you feel safe, supported, and in control of your recovery.

What to do in the first 72 hours
-
Gentle cleansing: Use only recommended soaps or mild products, without alcohol or irritating ingredients. Avoid exfoliation and the use of acids.
-
Cold compresses, if indicated: In some procedures, compresses with moistened gauze help reduce swelling. Always confirm with me before applying.
-
Constant hydration: Skin can lose water during regeneration. Use soothing moisturizers, as recommended during your consultation.
-
Strict photoprotection: Even on cloudy days, sunscreen should be used and reapplied regularly. And if possible, avoid direct sun exposure.
-
Light meals and regular sleep: The entire body is in the process of recovery. Eating well and sleeping helps your skin respond better.
What to avoid in the first 72 hours.
-
Exposure to heat: Sauna, hot bath, steamer, gym… Anything that increases skin temperature can interfere with the natural inflammatory response.
-
Makeup: Avoid it as much as possible, especially in the first 24 hours. The skin is more permeable and sensitive.
-
Handling the treated area: Do not massage, scratch, or press. Even if there is swelling or a strange sensation, wait for your body to respond. EXCEPT in cases of application of Collagen Biostimulators, which require regular massages as indicated by me at the end of the application.
-
Intense physical exercises: Avoid activities that raise your heart rate too much or cause excessive sweating.
-
Self-administration of products: Do not introduce new cosmetics without guidance. The skin is more reactive, and any poorly chosen active ingredient can cause discomfort or compromise results.
Every bit of care matters.
Often, the most beautiful results don't depend on "doing more"—but on doing better. With attention, listening, and the right guidance, you can achieve safer, longer-lasting, and more natural results.
In my practice, post-procedure care is an integral part of the treatment. That's why I follow up with each patient with care in the days following the session, adapting the care according to each body's response.
Medical evaluation is essential to understand the patient's complaints, identify dermatological problems, and consider their individual characteristics, such as anatomy, skin type, and reactions to substances used. Based on this, it is possible to determine the appropriate techniques to naturally enhance the features of the face, skin, and body.
Choosing a dermatologist is crucial for a thorough analysis of the areas of disharmony in the patient and to determine the necessary techniques, whether it be increasing volume, correcting angles, or symmetry. With a personalized and exclusive treatment plan, it is possible to meet the specific needs of each patient while respecting their limitations.
